Founder, Fiona Young has been cleaning on the NSW Central Coast for over 5 years
In 2014 she has built a professional team of cleaners who are trained and specialise in
residential bond return cleans, residential regular cleans, holiday letting as well as
commercial offices, shops and resorts.

 

No property is too small or too big with the additional support of two Regional Managers
who ensure we provide a detailed quote for all clients so they have a set price from the start. Our Regional Managers also sign off on all clean outs again ensuring a consistent

HOW IT WORKS

1. FEE QUOTATION

We provide obligation free quotations emailed to you from the office within 12 hours of your quote appointment

2. CANCELLATION FEE

  Regular cleans – please contact the office on 4390 2700 to reschedule your clean, alternatively email info@cleaninup.com.au

  Clean outs – a cancellation fee of $40 applies should your clean be canceled within 5 working days of the organised scheduled service.

 

3. ADDITIONAL TASKS

Should any of our clients require any additional tasks carried out, we ask they email or sms us the details of the task, we will then respond
with a CASH price which is left for the cleaner on the day of service. Some examples of other duties we provide:

 

  Oven clean

  Washing / hanging / folding / ironing

  Making beds / changing linen

  Cupboard cleanouts – laundry / under sink / kitchen / bathrooms

  Blinds

  Windows & tracks

 

 

4. CONCERNS or ISSUES

Cleanin' Up ... the cleaning professionals with a 100% service guarantee!  Should there be any concerns or issues regarding the clean
please ensure we are contacted within 48hrs of the clean. We are extremely conscious of the importance to both the client and/or
Real Estate, that each and every room be cleaned to the highest possible standard form top to bottom.

If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your END OF LEASE / BOND RETURN clean we will be more
than happy to return to the property and tend to the issue as soon as possible. Ensuring the return of your bond is Cleanin' Ups
number ONE concern.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  Regular Domestic Clients – We require payment for all services within 24 hours of the invoice being issued.

  Commercial Clients – We require payment for all services at the end of the billing month.

  Clean Outs – We require payment prior to commencing or day of clean if paying in cash.

 

 

6. FAQ

  Are your cleaners fully insured?

   YES, all our cleaners are fully insured by Allianze Insurance. Certificate of insurance available upon request.

 

  Do I have to be home for the clean?

   Not at all. All our cleaners have current police checks. We are happy to assign a key to our cleaners if you are comfortable with

   that arrangement. Otherwise we can discuss other options to access your property should you not be home at the time of clean.

 

 

  Do you provide quotes over the phone?

   Unfortunately it too difficult to provide an accurate quote over the phone, we visit and quote all properties to ensure our team leaders,
   cleaners and yourself have the best understanding of what is expected for your clean.

 

 

  Can I put my regular cleaning on an account or do I pay the cleaner cash?

   Electronic transfer is our preferred method of payment, we provide all bank details on our invoices.

 

  Who provides the cleaning products?

    For all regular cleans and end of lease cleans, our cleaners use CLEANIN’ UP supplied products and equipment.
